1. Kapsam
Site:https://dwgofficezip.com ve sayfaları, web uygulaması (/web/) ve sunucu uçları (/api/).
Uygulamalar: Google Play, Galaxy Store, AppGallery ve GetApps'teki DWG OfficeZip Android uygulaması (com.mahmuttari.dwgviewer) ile App Store ve TestFlight'taki iOS uygulaması (iPhone, iPad). Lütfen mağazadaki en son sürümü kullanın.
Kapsam dışı: başka şirketlerin hizmetleri: Google (Play, Drive, giriş), Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Paddle, Facebook, Hostinger, Cloudflare ve reklam sağlayıcıları. Bu hizmetlerdeki açıkları doğrudan ilgili şirkete bildirin; DWG OfficeZip'i etkiliyorsa bize de haber verebilirsiniz.
6. Açık sayılmayan bulgular
Aşağıdakileri, gerçek bir saldırı yolu göstermedikçe güvenlik açığı saymıyoruz:
somut etkisi gösterilmemiş eksik başlık ya da yapılandırma önerileri (ör. yalnız "şu başlık yok" diyen bildirimler);
yazılım sürümünü gösteren bilgiler;
root ya da jailbreak yapılmış veya fiziksel olarak ele geçirilmiş cihaz gerektiren senaryolar;
kullanıcının kendi tarayıcısında kendine karşı çalıştırdığı kod (self-XSS);
Summary: If you have found a security vulnerability in DWG OfficeZip or on this site, please email support@dwgofficezip.com. We will not take legal action against you for research carried out in good faith under the rules on this page. We keep your report confidential and keep you informed while we fix the issue.
The results in this section are for the dwgofficezip.com website; they are not an assessment of the security of the DWG OfficeZip Android / iOS app. They were measured on 21 October 2026 with independent tools that anyone can use. Results can change over time, so each row links to the live result: verify it yourself.
These results are a snapshot of the moment of measurement; they are not a security guarantee, audit or certification. Mozilla, Qualys and internet.nl are named only to identify the tools that took the measurements; we are not affiliated with them and they have not endorsed us.
1. Scope
Site:https://dwgofficezip.com and its pages, the web app (/web/) and the server endpoints (/api/).
Apps: the DWG OfficeZip Android app (com.mahmuttari.dwgviewer) on Google Play, Galaxy Store, AppGallery and GetApps, and the iOS app (iPhone, iPad) on the App Store and TestFlight. Please use the latest version from the store.
Out of scope: services run by other companies: Google (Play, Drive, sign-in), Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Paddle, Facebook, Hostinger, Cloudflare and advertising providers. Report issues in those services directly to the company concerned; you are welcome to tell us as well if they affect DWG OfficeZip.
2. How to report
Email support@dwgofficezip.com with "Security" in the subject line. You can write in English or Turkish.
Include: a short description of the vulnerability; the affected address, app version and device; step-by-step reproduction; the possible impact; a proof of concept if you have one (screenshot, sample request).
Do not put other people's personal data, passwords or tokens in your message. If you accessed such data by accident, say so and do not keep a copy.
3. What you can expect from us
We confirm receipt of your report within 7 days.
We investigate, share our assessment and our fix plan with you, and keep you updated until the fix is released.
We agree on the disclosure date together. Please keep the details private until the fix is released; this normally takes no more than 90 days, and if it will take longer we will tell you why.
If you wish, we will thank you by name once the issue is fixed. We do not run a paid bug bounty programme; reports are not paid.
4. Rules
Test only with your own account, your own device and your own data. Do not access, change or delete other users' data.
Do not run tests that disrupt the service: no denial of service, load testing, heavy automated scanning or spam.
No phishing or social engineering, and no methods that require physical access.
Do not interfere with real payments; do not attempt purchases, refunds or subscription changes on someone else's behalf.
Use a vulnerability only as far as needed to show that it exists; do not leave persistent access (backdoors), and delete any data you obtained once you have reported.
5. Safe harbour
We consider research carried out in good faith under the rules on this page to be authorised. We will not file a complaint or take legal action against you because of such research. If a third party takes action against you, we will confirm in writing that you complied with this policy. If you are unsure whether a test is within these rules, please ask us before you start.
This assurance covers only the DWG OfficeZip systems in the scope of this policy; services of other companies are governed by their own rules.
6. Findings we do not treat as vulnerabilities
Unless they show a real attack path, we do not treat the following as vulnerabilities:
missing headers or configuration suggestions without a demonstrated impact (for example, a report that only says "header X is missing");
information that reveals software versions;
scenarios that require a rooted or jailbroken device, or physical control of the device;
code that users run against themselves in their own browser (self-XSS);
issues that only affect old, unsupported browsers or operating systems.
