Kısaca: Ücretli paketler mağaza üzerinden alınan ve siz iptal edene kadar yenilenen aboneliklerdir. DWG OfficeZip bir görüntüleme ve düzenleme aracıdır; çizimlerin ve ölçülerin doğruluğunu kontrol etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

1. Kapsam

Bu koşullar DWG OfficeZip uygulamasının (Android ve iOS) ve bu web sitesinin kullanımına uygulanır. Uygulama, Mahmut Tarı tarafından bireysel olarak geliştirilmekte ve yayımlanmaktadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Mağaza koşulları

iPhone ve iPad: App Store'dan indirilen uygulama ve uygulama içi satın almalar Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) tabidir.
Android: Google Play'den indirilen uygulama ve satın almalar Google Play Hizmet Şartları'na tabidir.

3. Abonelikler ve ödemeler

3.1 İki platformda da

Ücretli paketler aylık ya da yıllık, otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerdir. Güncel fiyat, satın almadan önce mağazada yerel para biriminizde gösterilir.
Abonelik, siz iptal edene kadar her dönemin sonunda aynı süre için otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti mağaza hesabınızdan alınır.
İptal, içinde bulunduğunuz dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; o zamana kadar paket özelliklerini kullanmaya devam edersiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Satın almalar mağazaya bağlıdır: Google Play'de alınan abonelik iPhone ve iPad uygulamasının, App Store'da alınan abonelik Android uygulamasının kilidini açmaz.
İade talepleri, satın aldığınız mağaza tarafından kendi kurallarına göre değerlendirilir (Google Play için Google, App Store için Apple).

3.2 Android (Google Play)

Paketler: Ad-Free, Premium ve Super.
Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Google Play'de kullandığınız Google hesabından alınır.
Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme bitmeden iptal etmediğiniz sürece deneme sonunda abonelik ücreti alınır.
Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman Google Play'deki Abonelikler sayfasından yönetir ve iptal edersiniz. Adım adım: Destek › Android.

3.3 iPhone ve iPad (App Store)

Paketler: Premium ve Super. iPhone ve iPad uygulamasında reklam olmadığı için Ad-Free paketi App Store'da sunulmaz.
Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınızdan alınır.
Abonelik, geçerli dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre için otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan alınır.
Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz sürece abonelik gösterilen fiyattan başlar; denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın aldığınızda geçersiz olur.
Aboneliklerinizi ve otomatik yenilemeyi Ayarlar › [adınız] › Abonelikler bölümünden ya da uygulamada Araçlar › Paketler › Aboneliği yönet ile yönetirsiniz. Adım adım: Destek › iPhone ve iPad.

4. Uygulamanın niteliği ve sorumluluk

DWG OfficeZip bir görüntüleme, ölçme ve düzenleme aracıdır. Çizimlerin, ölçülerin, koordinat dönüşümlerinin, GPS konumunun ve harita altlıklarının doğruluğu dosyanın kendisine, cihazınıza ve seçtiğiniz ayarlara bağlıdır. Uygulamanın gösterdiği ya da ürettiği sonuçları mühendislik, yapım, ihale, kadastro ya da hukuki kararlarda kullanmadan önce özgün kaynaklarla doğrulamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Önemli dosyalarınızın yedeğini alın.

5. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Harita altlıkları, adres araması, Google Drive (Android) ve mağazalar üçüncü taraf hizmetleridir; kullanılabilirlikleri ve içerikleri o hizmetlerin sorumluluğundadır. Bir harita sağlayıcısını kendi API anahtarınızla kullanıyorsanız o sağlayıcının koşulları, kotaları ve ücretleri size aittir; bazı sağlayıcılar görüntüden çizim yapmayı ya da görüntüyü dışa aktarmayı kısıtlar.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellenirse bu sayfadaki tarih değişir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

For the Android and iOS (iPhone, iPad) app and this website

In short: Paid plans are subscriptions bought through the app store that renew until you cancel them. DWG OfficeZip is a viewing and editing tool; you are responsible for checking that drawings and measurements are correct.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the DWG OfficeZip app (Android and iOS) and to this website. The app is developed and published by Mahmut Tarı as an individual developer. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. Store terms

iPhone and iPad: the app downloaded from the App Store and in-app purchases are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
Android: the app downloaded from Google Play and purchases are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and payments

3.1 On both platforms

Paid plans are monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The current price is shown in the store, in your local currency, before you buy.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the end of each period until you cancel it, and the renewal is charged to your store account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep the plan's features. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are tied to the store: a subscription bought on Google Play does not unlock the iPhone and iPad app, and one bought on the App Store does not unlock the Android app.
Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules (Google for Google Play, Apple for the App Store).

3.2 Android (Google Play)

Plans: Ad-Free, Premium and Super.
Payment is charged to the Google account you use on Google Play when you confirm the purchase.
If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
You manage and cancel the subscription at any time on the Subscriptions page in Google Play. Step by step: Support › Android.

3.3 iPhone and iPad (App Store)

Plans: Premium and Super. The iPhone and iPad app shows no ads, so the Ad-Free plan is not offered on the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription. Step by step: Support › iPhone and iPad.

4. Nature of the app and responsibility

DWG OfficeZip is a tool for viewing, measuring and editing. The accuracy of drawings, measurements, coordinate transformations, GPS positions and basemaps depends on the file itself, your device and the settings you choose. Before you rely on anything the app shows or produces for engineering, construction, tendering, cadastral or legal decisions, it is your responsibility to verify it against the original sources.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Keep backups of your important files.

5. Third-party services

Basemaps, address search, Google Drive (Android) and the app stores are third-party services; their availability and content are the responsibility of those services. If you use a map provider with your own API key, that provider's terms, quotas and fees apply to you; some providers restrict tracing drawings from their imagery or exporting it.

6. Changes

If these terms are updated, the date on this page changes; significant changes are announced in the app.
