DWG OfficeZip — Terms of Use

For the Android and iOS (iPhone, iPad) app and this website

Effective: 30 September 2026 · Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Türkçe

In short: Paid plans are subscriptions bought through the app store that continue until you cancel them and are charged at the start of each period. The yearly Premium and Super plans come with a free trial for new subscribers; unless you cancel before it ends, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends. The rules for trials, cancellation and refunds are in the Refund Policy. DWG OfficeZip is a viewing and editing tool; you are responsible for checking that drawings and measurements are correct. In the web version, a web subscription is bought through the checkout and is separate from store subscriptions.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the DWG OfficeZip app (Android and iOS) and to this website. The app is developed and published by Mahmut Tarı as an individual developer. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. Store terms

  • iPhone and iPad: the app downloaded from the App Store and in-app purchases are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
  • Android: the app downloaded from Google Play and purchases are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
  • Samsung Galaxy Store, HUAWEI AppGallery and Xiaomi GetApps: the app downloaded from these stores and purchases are subject to that store's own terms of service and purchase terms.

3. Subscriptions and payments

3.1 In every store

  • Paid plans are subscriptions for an indefinite term: a subscription continues until you cancel it, and the fee is charged in advance at the start of each monthly or yearly period you chose. The price per period, including taxes, is shown in the store, in your local currency, before you buy.
  • At the end of each period the fee for the next period is charged to your store account automatically (auto-renewal). If the price changes, the store tells you in advance; if you do not accept the new price, you can cancel the subscription.
  • To start a free trial, the store asks you to set up a payment method. Nothing is charged during the trial; if you cancel before it ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends), nothing is charged at all, and if you do not, the first period's fee is charged when the trial ends.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep the plan's features. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Consumers in Türkiye can also end the subscription immediately and ask for a refund of the amount for the unused time (Refund Policy › Türkiye).
  • Purchases are tied to the store: a subscription bought in one store does not unlock the app downloaded from another store (for example, a subscription bought on Google Play does not unlock the iPhone and iPad app, and one bought on the App Store does not unlock the Android app).
  • Refunds are made through the store that took the payment. On Google Play we refund without asking for a reason within 14 days of the first payment (including the first charge after a free trial) and of a yearly renewal; on the App Store, Apple decides on refunds. The details, free trials and your statutory rights are described in the Refund Policy.

3.2 Android (Google Play)

  • Plans: Ad-Free, Premium and Super.
  • Payment is charged to the Google account you use on Google Play when you confirm the purchase.
  • The yearly Premium and Super plans come with a 7-day free trial for users who have never had a subscription in the app. Nothing is charged during the trial; unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription is charged when the trial ends. The date the trial ends is shown before you buy.
  • You manage and cancel the subscription at any time on the Subscriptions page in Google Play. Step by step: Support › Android.
  • You can also use your Premium or Super subscription in the web version: see 3.7.7.

3.3 iPhone and iPad (App Store)

  • Plans: Premium and Super. The iPhone and iPad app shows no ads, so the Ad-Free plan is not offered on the App Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription continues until you cancel it: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the fee for the next period is charged to your Apple Account within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • The yearly Premium and Super plans come with a one-week free trial for eligible new subscribers; the trial can be used once per Apple Account. The subscription starts at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • You manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription. Step by step: Support › iPhone and iPad.
  • You request a refund from Apple in the app under Tools › Plans › Request a refund or at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple makes the decision.

3.4 Galaxy Store, AppGallery and GetApps

  • Plans: Ad-Free, Premium and Super.
  • Payment is charged to your Samsung account on Galaxy Store, to your HUAWEI ID on AppGallery, or to your Xiaomi account on GetApps, when you confirm the purchase.
  • These stores offer no free trial.
  • You manage and cancel the subscription on the store's subscriptions page or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription. Refunds are made by the store that took the payment (Refund Policy).

3.5 License codes

The developer may give certain people a free license code for use in the Android app, for testing and evaluation. License codes are not sold and cannot be transferred to anyone else; when a code expires, the plan turns off by itself. As the code is given free of charge, it is not subject to refunds. License codes are not used in the iPhone and iPad app.

3.6 Pre-contract information for consumers in Türkiye

What you need to know before you buy, under the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts (the price and renewal terms are also shown on the purchase screen and in the store's payment window):

  • Seller: for Google Play purchases, Mahmut Tarı (individual developer), support@dwgofficezip.com. For App Store purchases, Apple Distribution International Ltd.; on Galaxy Store, AppGallery and GetApps, the company named in that store's terms.
  • Seller details (Google Play): Mahmut Tarı — Marfen Mühendislik Tasarım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri; Gölcük Vergi Dairesi, 8240249238; Şehitler Mah. 416. Sk. No: 2 İç Kapı No: 1, Gölcük / Kocaeli, Türkiye
  • Service: the features a plan unlocks are listed on the purchase screen; the plan unlocks as soon as the store confirms the purchase.
  • Price and payment: the total price per billing period, including taxes, is shown in the store in Turkish lira before you buy; payment is taken from your store account at the start of each period. No other fees are charged.
  • Term and termination: the subscription is for an indefinite term; you can cancel it or end it immediately at any time (Refund Policy › Türkiye).
  • Withdrawal: for Google Play purchases you can withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of the first payment or of a yearly renewal and get the full amount back; you send the notice to support@dwgofficezip.com. On the App Store, refunds and withdrawal follow Apple's terms.
  • Technical protection and compatibility: a plan is tied to your purchase record in the store and unlocks on devices signed in with the same store account. The app runs on Android 8.0 and later, and on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16 / iPadOS 16 and later.
  • Complaints and disputes: send complaints to support@dwgofficezip.com; the ways to apply are in section 7.
  • Web version: the seller, price, payment and cancellation details of the web subscription are in 3.7, and the withdrawal and refund rules are in the Refund Policy › Web version.

3.7 Web subscription (dwgofficezip.com/web)

This section has applied since 22 October 2026 to subscriptions sold in the web version (dwgofficezip.com/web). The other sections of these terms (scope, nature of the app and responsibility, third-party services, changes, contact and disputes) apply to the web version as well.

3.7.1 Seller details

  • Developer and service provider: Mahmut Tarı, individual developer — the person who develops and publishes DWG OfficeZip.
  • Trade name: Marfen Mühendislik Tasarım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri
  • Tax office and tax ID number: Gölcük Vergi Dairesi, 8240249238
  • Address: Şehitler Mah. 416. Sk. No: 2 İç Kapı No: 1, Gölcük / Kocaeli, Türkiye
  • E-mail: support@dwgofficezip.com
  • Merchant of Record: Paddle.com — for buyers in Türkiye and the European Union, Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom).

3.7.2 Order process and Merchant of Record

Our order process in the web version is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders: it takes the payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues the invoice or receipt and sends it to your e-mail address, and settles refund requests. We do not issue a separate invoice. For buyers in Türkiye and the European Union the contracting Paddle entity is Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom).

When you buy, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply alongside these terms. Your withdrawal and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy.

3.7.3 Account, sign-in and number of devices

  • To buy in the web version you must sign in: with your Google account, with your Apple Account, with your Facebook account, or with a one-time code sent to your e-mail address. Viewing and the free tools need no sign-in.
  • The subscription is tied to your account; you can open it on any device (browser) where you sign in with the same account.
  • The subscription is open on only one device (browser) at a time. If your plan is open on another device and you want to open it on this one too, the app asks you; if you confirm, the plan opens on this device and closes on the other one: within a few minutes if that device is online, or, if it is not connected to the internet, when the plan's entitlement expires at the latest (within 3 days). The device where it closes shows a message saying so.
  • The subscription is for personal use; do not share your account or sign-in details with others. You are responsible for the security of the Google, Apple, Facebook or e-mail account you sign in with.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

3.7.4 Plans, price and automatic renewal

  • In the web version the Premium and Super plans are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions. The web version shows no ads, so the Ad-Free plan is not offered on the web.
  • The current price is shown in the checkout before you buy, for your country and including applicable taxes. Payment is charged to the payment method you choose when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription is for an indefinite term: it continues until you cancel it; the fee is charged in advance at the start of each period, and at the end of each period the fee for the next one is charged automatically to your saved payment method (automatic renewal).
  • If the price changes, the new price is announced before the renewal date to the e-mail address your receipts go to, and applies only from the first renewal after that notice. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the renewal.
  • The free edition can be used indefinitely. There is no free trial in the web version; instead, you can ask for a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the first payment or of a yearly renewal (Refund Policy, section 10).
  • While you have an active subscription, a second one cannot be bought. To change plan or period, write to us.

3.7.5 Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time in the customer portal opened from Plans › Manage subscription in the app, or through the link in your receipt e-mail. The portal is also reachable at paddle.net.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep the plan's features.
  • Consumers in Türkiye can also end the subscription immediately and ask for a refund of the part of the last payment that falls on the unused time (Refund Policy › 10.7).
  • A cancelled subscription is not reactivated; if you wish, you buy again.
  • Clearing browser data, signing out or no longer using the app does not cancel a subscription.

3.7.6 Failed payments

If a renewal payment cannot be collected, your payment method is retried for a while and you are informed by e-mail; your access to the plan continues for a short time meanwhile. If payment still fails, the subscription ends and the plan's features are turned off. You can update your payment method in the customer portal.

3.7.7 Store subscriptions and the web version

  • A subscription bought in the web version unlocks the web version only; it does not unlock the Android (Google Play) or iPhone / iPad (App Store) apps. Subscriptions bought on Galaxy Store, AppGallery or GetApps do not unlock the web version; for an App Store subscription, see the App Store item below.
  • Premium or Super bought on Google Play can also be used in the web version: in the account you are signed in to on the web, Plans › I have a Google Play subscription gives you a single-use link code valid for 10 minutes, which you enter in the Android app under Tools › Plans › Use on the web. Before linking, the app shows the web account the code belongs to and asks you to confirm; only enter a code from your own account. Ad-Free, test purchases and subscriptions in their free trial cannot be linked; a subscription in its free trial can be linked once the first payment is taken.
  • You can also link with your Google account instead of a code: in the Android app, tap Tools › Plans › Use on the web › Link with my Google account and choose your Google account; the subscription is linked to that Google account's web account, which is created if it does not exist. When you sign in on the web with the same Google account ("Sign in with Google"), the plan is active. The other rules in this section apply in the same way.
  • Premium or Super bought on the App Store can be linked the same way: once this route is available, Plans › I have an App Store subscription in your web account gives you a link code, which you enter in the iPhone or iPad app under Tools › Plans › Use on the web. Subscriptions used through Family Sharing, subscriptions in their free trial and purchases made in Apple's test environment cannot be linked. The other rules in this section (one account, at most 3 moves within 30 days, status checks, removing the link) also apply to an App Store subscription; renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through Apple (Refund Policy, section 5), and Manage subscription on the web opens the App Store subscriptions page.
  • A Google Play subscription is linked to only one web account at a time, and the single-device (browser) rule in 3.7.3 applies in that account. Linking the subscription to another web account removes it from the previous one; a subscription can be linked to another account at most 3 times within 30 days.
  • The plan on the web depends on the subscription's status on Google Play: if the subscription ends, is refunded or is suspended, the plan on the web turns off too (the status is checked at least every 6 hours while you use it, and once a day). Renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through Google Play (3.2 and Refund Policy, section 4); Manage subscription on the web opens Google Play. Section 10 of the Refund Policy (web subscriptions) does not apply to this subscription.
  • You can remove the link at any time in the Android app under Tools › Plans › Use on the web › Remove link; the plan on the web turns off within a few minutes and your Google Play subscription continues. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan on Google Play, the link moves to the new subscription automatically when you open the app on the phone you linked from; if it does not, you can link again with a new code.

3.7.8 Offline use and nature of the service

  • Your plan entitlement is stored in your browser and works without an internet connection for up to 3 days, but never more than 3 days past the end of the paid period. Going online once within that time is enough; renewal is automatic.
  • The web version needs an up-to-date browser; some features may not work in old browsers.
  • The web version is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed; outages caused by maintenance, hosting or the payment provider may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the web version. Keep backups of your important files.
  • In case of abuse — sharing an account to exceed the device limit, payment fraud, unjustified chargebacks, attempts to circumvent technical protection — the subscription may be suspended or terminated. To contest such a decision, write to us.

4. Nature of the app and responsibility

DWG OfficeZip is a tool for viewing, measuring and editing. The accuracy of drawings, measurements, coordinate transformations, GPS positions and basemaps depends on the file itself, your device and the settings you choose. Before you rely on anything the app shows or produces for engineering, construction, tendering, cadastral or legal decisions, it is your responsibility to verify it against the original sources.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Keep backups of your important files.

5. Third-party services

Basemaps, address search, Google Drive (Android) and the app stores are third-party services; their availability and content are the responsibility of those services. If you use a map provider with your own API key, that provider's terms, quotas and fees apply to you; some providers restrict tracing drawings from their imagery or exporting it.

6. Changes

You can keep a copy of these terms by saving or printing this page; if you like, we will send it to you by e-mail. If these terms are updated, the date on this page changes; significant changes are announced in the app.

7. Contact and disputes

Questions: support@dwgofficezip.com. We reply to e-mails within 3 business days at the latest. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

  • These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
  • Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply, under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee of their place of residence (within the monetary limits set by law) or to the Consumer Court; the requirement to apply to a mediator before bringing a case before the Consumer Court remains unaffected.
  • For consumers resident in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer rules and competent courts of their own country remain unaffected.
  • For any problem we recommend writing to us first: support@dwgofficezip.com.
