DWG OfficeZip — Refund Policy

For subscriptions in the Android and iOS (iPhone, iPad) app and in the web version: free trials, cancellation, termination and refunds

Effective: 19 October 2026 · Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Türkçe

In short: Nothing is charged while a free trial runs; if you cancel before it ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends), you pay nothing. You can cancel the subscription at any time in the store you bought it from; the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. On Google Play, if you write to us within 14 days of the first payment (including the first charge after a free trial) or of a yearly renewal, we give a full refund without asking for a reason. On the App Store, Apple decides on refunds; on Galaxy Store, AppGallery and GetApps, refunds are made through that store under its rules. In the web version there is no free trial, and Paddle is the Merchant of Record for web subscriptions; you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment or of a yearly renewal without giving a reason, and refunds are made through Paddle (section 10). The statutory termination and withdrawal rights of consumers in Türkiye, the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom are not affected. We reply to e-mails within 3 business days at the latest.

1. Scope: who takes the payment and who refunds it

This policy applies to subscriptions sold through the stores in the DWG OfficeZip Android and iOS app (monthly and yearly Ad-Free, Premium and Super; Premium and Super on the App Store) and forms part of the Terms of Use. Subscriptions are for an indefinite term: they continue until you cancel them, and the fee is charged in advance at the start of each monthly or yearly period you chose.

The payment is taken by the store you downloaded the app from: Google Play, the App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, HUAWEI AppGallery or Xiaomi GetApps. That is why a refund is always made through the store that took the payment, and the amount goes back to the same payment method. The store's own terms and refund rules also apply; this policy does not narrow them or your statutory rights.

This policy also applies to subscriptions sold in the web version (dwgofficezip.com/web). For web orders, Paddle takes the payment as Merchant of Record and settles refunds; the withdrawal, refund, cancellation and payment rules for web subscriptions are in section 10.

2. Free trial

  • App Store: the yearly Premium and Super plans come with a one-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Premium and Super are in the same subscription group; the trial can be used once per Apple Account.
  • Google Play: the yearly Premium and Super plans come with a 7-day free trial for users who have never had a subscription in the app; the trial can be used once per Google account. Google Play e-mails you a reminder when the trial is about to end.
  • Monthly plans, the Ad-Free plan, and Galaxy Store, AppGallery and GetApps purchases have no trial.
  • To start the trial, the store asks you to set up a payment method, but nothing is charged while the trial runs. Before you buy, the app and the store's payment window show the day the trial ends and the amount that will be charged when it ends.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged (on the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends). If you do not cancel, the subscription starts at the price shown when the trial ends and continues until you cancel it.
  • The store applies the trial conditions: accounts that are not eligible are not shown the trial offer, and their subscription is paid from the first day.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing for the next period; you keep using the plan until the end of the current period or of the trial. Cancellation does not give back a payment already taken; for refunds see sections 4–7, and for the right of consumers in Türkiye to end the subscription immediately see section 8. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

  • Google Play: the Subscriptions page in Google Play, or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription.
  • App Store: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription.
  • Galaxy Store: the subscriptions page in Galaxy Store, or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription.
  • AppGallery: the subscriptions page in your HUAWEI ID settings, or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription.
  • GetApps: the subscriptions page in GetApps, or in the app under Tools › Plans › Manage subscription.

4. Subscriptions bought on Google Play

  • First 48 hours: within 48 hours of the purchase you can ask Google Play for a refund directly (Google Play refund help); Google decides on that request.
  • Our 14-day refund rule: if you write to us within 14 days of the first payment (including the first charge after a free trial) or of a yearly renewal, we give a full refund without asking for a reason.
  • Other cases: for monthly renewals, and after the 14 days, we refund a charge that was wrong or taken twice, or when there is a technical problem we cannot fix. The termination right of consumers in Türkiye is in section 8.
  • How to ask: e-mail support@dwgofficezip.com with your Google Play order number or the e-mail address of the Google account you bought with. The order number starts with GPA.; it is in Google's receipt e-mail and in your order history on Google Play.
  • Outcome: we make the refund through Google Play to the payment method you used within 14 days of receiving your request at the latest, and confirm it by e-mail; how long it takes to reach your account depends on the payment method. A subscription refunded in full ends and the plan turns off in the app. When a charge that was wrong or taken twice is refunded, the subscription normally continues; if Google Play ends the subscription as part of the refund, we tell you by e-mail.
  • Use on the web: if you have linked your Premium or Super subscription to your web account (Terms of Use 3.7.7), cancellation and refunds still follow this section; when the subscription is refunded or ends, the plan on the web turns off too.

5. Subscriptions bought on the App Store

  • Only Apple decides on refunds for App Store purchases; the developer cannot refund these purchases.
  • How to ask: in the app, Tools › Plans › Request a refund opens Apple's refund window; you can also use reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple usually tells you its decision by e-mail within 48 hours.
  • No refund is needed during a free trial, because nothing is charged; to avoid being charged, cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • If you are thinking of a refund because of a technical problem, write to us as well; we will try to fix it.
  • Use on the web: if you linked your App Store subscription to your web account (Terms of Use 3.7.7), cancellation and refunds still follow this section, through Apple; when the subscription is refunded or ends, the plan on the web closes too.

6. Subscriptions bought on Galaxy Store

  • Samsung takes the payment; refunds are made through Samsung under Samsung's rules.
  • How to ask: find the purchase among your purchase receipts in Galaxy Store and send your refund request through Samsung's support channel.
  • You can also write to us; we check your purchase, help you pass on your request and try to fix any technical problem.

7. Subscriptions bought on AppGallery and GetApps

7.1 AppGallery (Huawei)

  • Huawei takes the payment; refunds are made through Huawei under Huawei's rules.
  • How to ask: find the purchase in the payments and purchases section of the HUAWEI ID settings on your device, or contact Huawei customer service.
  • You can also write to us; we check your purchase, help you pass on your request and try to fix any technical problem.

7.2 GetApps (Xiaomi)

  • Xiaomi takes the payment; refunds are made through Xiaomi under Xiaomi's rules.
  • How to ask: find the purchase in the subscription and order records of your Xiaomi account in GetApps, or contact Xiaomi customer service.
  • You can also write to us with the order number; we check your purchase, help you pass on your request and try to fix any technical problem.

8. Consumers in Türkiye: termination and withdrawal

  • You can terminate the subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without penalty (Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Article 52, and the Regulation on Subscription Contracts).
  • Cancelling in the store: the subscription ends at the end of the period you paid for; you use the plan until then and nothing more is charged.
  • Ending it immediately: if you want the subscription to end before the period is over and the amount for the unused time refunded, write to support@dwgofficezip.com. For subscriptions bought on Google Play we carry out your termination within 7 days at the latest and refund the amount for the unused days, without deductions, to the payment method you used within 15 days of the termination at the latest; after termination the plan turns off. Requests within 14 days of the first payment or of a yearly renewal get the full amount back (section 4).
  • Withdrawal: the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Article 15(1)(ğ)) gives no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly online unless the parties agree otherwise. For Google Play purchases we do agree otherwise: the 14-day refund in section 4 is the right of withdrawal under this contract; you send the notice of withdrawal by e-mail.
  • For subscriptions bought on the App Store the seller is Apple; you send termination and refund requests to Apple (section 5). On Galaxy Store, AppGallery and GetApps you apply to that store; if you write to us, we will show you the way.
  • For subscriptions bought in the web version, the withdrawal and refund rules are in section 10, and termination with a refund of the remaining amount in 10.7.
  • We confirm terminations and refunds to you by e-mail.

9. Consumers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom: right of withdrawal

  • The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal of consumers in these regions is not affected.
  • Google Play: subscriptions are classified on Google Play as a service, so you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase. If you withdraw within this period, we refund the full amount you paid, without deducting anything for the part of the service you used.
  • Notice of withdrawal: Withdraw from contract here (e-mail); include your Google Play order number or the e-mail address of your Google account. You do not have to use the model form below. We confirm receipt of your notice by e-mail without delay, on the same day at the latest, and make the refund within 14 days at the latest.
  • Model withdrawal form: “To: Mahmut Tarı, support@dwgofficezip.com — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [plan and billing period] · Ordered on: [ ] · Order number: [ ] · Name: [ ] · Address: [ ] · Date: [ ]”
  • App Store: you exercise the right of withdrawal against Apple; the way is described in Apple's Media Services Terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  • Galaxy Store, AppGallery and GetApps: that store's terms apply.
  • Web version: section 10 applies.

10. Subscriptions bought in the web version

This section has applied in the web version (dwgofficezip.com/web) since 22 October 2026. It covers monthly and yearly subscriptions to the Premium and Super plans sold in the web version.

Our order process in the web version is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com; Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders and settles refunds. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Where this page and Paddle's Refund Policy differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.

A web subscription does not unlock the store apps, and subscriptions bought on Galaxy Store, AppGallery or GetApps do not unlock the web version. A Premium or Super subscription bought on Google Play can be linked to your web account and used on the web too (cancellation and refunds follow section 4); once this route is available, the same applies to a Premium or Super subscription bought on the App Store (cancellation and refunds follow section 5, through Apple). In these two cases this section 10 does not apply (Terms of Use 3.7.7).

10.1 14-day right of withdrawal

  • Consumers resident in Türkiye may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason and without penalty, under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Article 9).
  • For consumers in the European Union and the European Economic Area the same 14-day right arises from the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 9). Paddle's Refund Policy grants this right to all buyers in Türkiye, the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
  • The right covers one-off purchases and the first payment of a subscription. Automatic renewal payments are not covered by the right of withdrawal; if you do not want the next period, cancel before the period ends (10.4). If you believe something went wrong with a renewal, write to us anyway; your request will be considered. Consumers in Türkiye also have the right to terminate and get the remaining amount back (10.7).
  • In countries outside the regions listed, the statutory right of withdrawal varies. Send your refund request through the channels in 10.3 all the same; it is assessed under Paddle's Refund Policy.
  • Our 14-day refund rule: if you ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment or of a yearly renewal, we give a full refund without asking for a reason, even if your statutory right of withdrawal has ended. Monthly renewals and requests made after the 14 days are outside this rule; we still refund a charge that was wrong or taken twice, or when there is a technical problem we cannot fix. The rule is meant for use in good faith: repeatedly buying and then asking for a refund, by the same person or with the same payment method, counts as abuse; in that case new refund requests may be declined and new purchases may be blocked. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10.2 Immediate access and the end of the right of withdrawal

When payment is complete, the plan's features are unlocked in your account immediately; the subscription is a digital service performed instantly online. In the checkout you may be asked to expressly agree to immediate access to the plan and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If you gave that consent, your statutory right of withdrawal may end under the exceptions in the legislation (in Türkiye, Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; in the European Union, Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive). If you did not give it, your 14-day right remains in full.

Even if your right of withdrawal has ended, our 14-day refund rule in 10.1 applies; other requests are assessed under Paddle's Refund Policy and you are told the outcome by e-mail.

10.3 How to request a refund

  • Through Paddle: use the link in your receipt e-mail or go to paddle.net; you will be asked for your order number or the e-mail address used for payment.
  • By writing to us: e-mail support@dwgofficezip.com with the e-mail address used for payment or the order details from your receipt; we pass the request to Paddle and follow it up. You do not need to give a reason.

An approved refund is returned to the payment method you paid with; depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few business days to appear. When a refund is approved the subscription ends and the plan's features are turned off at the next online check at the latest; on a device that stays offline they turn off when the plan's entitlement expires, within 3 days at most.

10.4 Cancellation

A refund and a cancellation are different things: cancellation stops the subscription from renewing for the next period, and you keep using the plan until the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal opened from Plans › Manage subscription in the app, or through the link in your receipt e-mail. A cancelled subscription is not reactivated; if you wish, you buy again. There is no free trial in the web version; the subscription starts with the first payment.

10.5 Failed payments

If a renewal payment cannot be collected, your payment method is retried for a while and you are e-mailed; your access to the plan continues for a short time. If payment still fails, the subscription ends and nothing further is charged. If you believe a payment that was taken is wrong, contact us through the channels in 10.3.

10.7 Consumers in Türkiye: termination and the remaining amount

  • Consumers resident in Türkiye (buying for purposes outside their trade or profession) can terminate a monthly or yearly web subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without penalty (Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Article 52, and the Regulation on Subscription Contracts). It is enough to send your notice of termination to support@dwgofficezip.com, stating the e-mail address you used for payment.
  • We carry out your termination within 7 days at the latest of the day your notice reaches us; the subscription ends and the plan turns off. We refund the part of your last payment that falls on the unused days (amount paid × remaining days ÷ number of days in the period, rounded half up to two decimal places) through Paddle, without deductions, to the payment method you used, within 15 days of the termination at the latest.
  • If you only want to stop renewals, cancel the subscription (10.4): it continues until the end of the period you paid for and no remaining amount is refunded.
  • The 14-day right on the first payment and our 14-day refund rule (10.1) are separate from this section (10.7); requests within that time get the full amount back. There is no separate promise of a full refund within 14 days for monthly renewal payments; if you terminate after a monthly renewal, or once the 14 days have passed, the amount for the unused days is refunded under this section.
  • If a renewal is charged after your notice of termination has reached us, it is refunded in full.
  • We confirm the termination and the refund to you by e-mail. This section does not limit your rights that cannot be waived by law or your rights under Paddle's Refund Policy.
