Tap a DWG, DXF or DGN file in a file manager, an e-mail or a chat app and choose DWG OfficeZip, or send the file to DWG OfficeZip from the Share menu. Inside the app, tap Open file on the home screen.

Supported files: DWG and DXF (R13 – 2018+), DGN (V7, V8), PDF, DOC / DOCX, XLS / XLSX, PPT / PPTX, CSV and text, ZIP and RAR archives, KML / KMZ and common image formats.

Right after saving, the app shows the location in a message.

• Android 10 and later: drawings and documents go to Download/DWGViewer, images (PNG) to Pictures/DWGViewer; open them with any file manager. With Save as you can choose another place, such as another folder, an SD card or a cloud folder.
• Android 8 and 9: the first time you save a drawing, the app asks where to save it; other exports go to the app's own folder, Android/data/com.mahmuttari.dwgviewer/files.

Make sure the Play Store is signed in with the Google account you used to buy. In the app, open Tools › Plans and tap Restore subscription; the app asks Google Play again and unlocks the plan you own. A Google Play subscription does not unlock the iPhone or iPad app.

Go to your subscriptions in Google Play, select DWG OfficeZip and tap Cancel subscription; you can also change your plan there. Google Play Help

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

In the Files app, tap a DWG, DXF or DGN file, or choose DWG OfficeZip in the share sheet of the app the file is in (for example Mail or Messages). Inside the app, tap Open file on the home screen and pick the file in Files.

You can also send a file elsewhere from the share sheet. An existing file is never overwritten; a numbered copy such as plan (2).dwg is created instead.

This folder is deleted together with the app, so move important files to another place (for example iCloud Drive).

Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy. In the app, open Tools › Plans and tap Restore purchases; the app syncs with the App Store and unlocks the plan you own. An App Store subscription does not unlock the Android app.

In Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select DWG OfficeZip and tap Cancel Subscription; you can also change your plan there. In the app, Tools › Plans › Manage subscription takes you there directly. Apple Support

Yes. The home screen has a Sample drawings section with a 2D site plan and a 3D plant model. They come with the app, so they open without choosing a file and without an internet connection.

Yes. Opening, measuring and editing files works without a connection. Only the online features need internet: basemaps, the address search in the coordinate system picker, downloading from a server or a QR link and, on Android, Google Drive and WebDAV.

DWG OfficeZip has no server and no user accounts of its own; your data stays on your device. The Account and Data Deletion page explains how to disconnect Google Drive, remove saved servers and erase all app data. For anything else, write to support@dwgofficezip.com.
